Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with With! We want you to absolutely love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we are always here to help make it right.

Returns

You have 3 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging and your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at withstore.pk@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important: Refunds will only be issued after we have safely received the product. For any returns related to damaged goods, a clear video of the unboxing is strictly required.

Refunds

Once we receive and carefully inspect your return, we will immediately notify you of its status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days. If your return is rejected, we will notify you with a detailed reason. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to fully process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or if the completely wrong item was sent. If you need to exchange an incorrect or damaged item for the exact same product, please reach out to our support team at withstore.pk@gmail.com.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or a mistake was made on our end. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will successfully receive your returned item.
